[Full-time] Software Test Manager at Enggsol Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

As part of the product team, you will need to:

1. Define the approach towards internal software system test

2. Plan, monitor and control internal software system test activities to ensure the quality and promptness of the testing

3. Review the approach and test description towards Acceptance Test and Site Integration Test as define by system integration team

4. Support various user acceptance and site integration test activities

5. Lead, manage and provide guidance to the test team so as to mange and resolve issues related to software system test

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field

2. Minimum 6 years of software development experience in testing, with preferably at least 1 year of lead or manger position

3. Experience in developing and/or testing complex C3 software system will be an advantage

4. Experience with Oracle, SQL Server database will be advantageous

5. Strong technical and analytical skills

6. Have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude

7. Good interpersonal and effective communication skills

8. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
